1. Only IMEIs marked as CLEAN should be forwarded for unlock. (unless agreed directly with us and only before ordering.)
2. BARRED/BLACKLISTED IMEI’s MUST NOT be forwarded for unlock.
3. It is 100% client’s responsibility to make sure IMEIs they are providing are CLEAN
If in doubt just use CHECKMEND service available on our site (IMEI Check).
4. ORDERS CONTAINING BARRED/BLACKLISTED IMEIs WILL NOT BE REFUNDED NOR UNLOCKED. Therefore, make sure you check it beforehand.
5. You argeed and made sure all informations required does not leave any blank fields
6. You have already check carefully If all informations provided are 100% correct
7. We will not refund or unlock any wrong IMEI, Operator/Country entered by mistake from customers
8. You must make sure and double check all the information
9. iFix4You reserves the right to reject any order at any given time without explanation (if such situation occur, client is 100% covered and will be refunded within 48hrs).
10. We are not able to cancel any order on client request if already sent to supplier for processing
11. We will send an estimate complete time to client after we submit the unlock service to supplier
12. You must make sure your iPhone is already an "after-contract" iPhone, otherwise we will not able to unlock it. If this case happen, we will not refund.
